Maybe it’s just me, but I found the monitoring reports a bit hard to follow. They didn’t feel as clear or transparent as I expected, so I was left unsure about what some of the information really meant

I’ve tried reaching out to flexcity.com support a few times now, it’s been frustrating. Most of the time I got little to no response, and when someone finally did reply, it was way too late and didn’t really solve anything. I felt like I had to keep chasing them just to get basic info. If this is how support is going to be, I’m seriously considering taking my business somewhere else.

I went with Flexcity, and to be honest, the contract side of things was a bit confusing. Some of the terms felt like they were buried in the fine print, and I ended up having to ask a couple of times just to feel like I actually understood what I was signing up for.
The pricing wasn’t super clear upfront either. At first it seemed straightforward, but then a few extra costs or details popped up later. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but yeah, I definitely think they could make that part way more transparent.

I tried getting Flexcity connected with our existing setup, it turned into way more of a headache than it should’ve been. The documentation wasn’t very clear, a few things didn’t work the way I expected, and support was slower than we needed. We ended up spending too much time troubleshooting basic issues. For the amount of effort it took, it just didn’t feel worth it for us.

I gave flexcity a try because I liked the idea of helping the grid and using energy in a smarter way. It sounds like the kind of thing I should feel good about, and maybe it really does make a difference, but I kept wondering if I was just buying into the messaging more than the actual impact.

A lot of the information felt a bit vague to me. There were plenty of positive claims, but not enough clear numbers or proof of what’s actually being improved environmentally. I might be overthinking it, but I would’ve felt a lot better with more transparency before fully trusting it.

I had a hard time getting around the site. It felt kind of clunky and slow at times, though maybe I just caught it on an off day. I think it could be smoother and easier to figure out...

I didn’t have a great experience with flexcity.com. The pages were super slow, things kept spinning like they were loading forever, and a few times it just flat-out didn’t work when I actually needed it. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was way too unreliable. I don’t think I’d use it again.

I was hoping to see better savings, but it didn’t quite pan out that way. The revenue ended up being a bit lower than I expected too, so overall it was kind of disappointing.
